Case Study: Enbridge Energy
WorldWide Machining & Welding, Inc. redesigned, fabricated and machined a loading tray and launch pin system to automate batching for Enbridge Energy on their 42” pipeline system. This process involved the engineering, designing and testing of a prototype system. Once the prototype was reverse engineered and approved, WorldWide Machining & Welding, Inc. produced the first functioning loading tray and launch pin systems for Enbridge Energy in 2009. Enbridge Energy is excited about this new system because they feel it will give them a competitive edge in the industry.
Case Study: Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad
WorldWide Machining & Welding Inc. redesigned, engineered and fabricated a car dump system for Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad. The new car dump system had less moving parts, less maintenance and overall better performance then the previous system in place.
